Guidelines

• Payout Initiation: Payouts will be initiated based on the completed sell transactions and the clear ledger balance available with us.
• Client Credibility and Payment History: Client credibility and past payment behavior will be considered when processing payouts. Clients with a consistent history of timely payments will be prioritized.
• Proactive Payouts: For clients with a strong payment history, the company will proactively clear payments for completed sell transactions unless the client requests otherwise, indicating their intention to use the funds for further transactions.
• Exceptions: Any exceptions to this policy must be documented and approved by the Compliance Officer.

Responsibilities

• The Accounts Head and Compliance Officer is responsible for processing payout requests and ensuring compliance with this policy.
• Management is responsible for overseeing the implementation of this policy and addressing any related issues.

Review and Updates

This policy will be reviewed annually or as needed to ensure its effectiveness and relevance. Updates will be communicated to all relevant parties.
